Hard Chiller is an outlet for the duo's lifetime of musical consumption and inspiration. The project's debut LP, BABY!, showcases a constant theme of juxtaposition. The LP skillfully blends old and new, pretty and dark, hard and chill. Choi and Vannucchi knew instinctively that they would lean into what makes them feel good to hear and play in this project. The result is a sound that is both heavy and dreamy, dense yet light.
